My Rate is $80 for a 50 minute session. I can provide all of the necessary documentation for out-of-network insurance claims submissions. Please check with your insurance provider for your reimbursement policy when working with an out of network provider. I also have a sliding scale rate available upon request.

Who I am
I am a counselor-in-training currently pursuing my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Agnes Scott College. I work with adults navigating life transitions, identity shifts, and the tension between knowing something needs to change and not yet feeling able to act.

I have a particular interest in working with LGBTQ+ individuals, people of color, and those with questions around identity, relationships, and intimacy. I also supports clients experiencing anxiety, burnout, and emotional overwhelm, especially when these challenges intersect with questions of purpose, direction, and self-trust.

My approach is grounded in person-centered and existential therapy, integrating mindfulness-based practices to help my clients slow down, deepen self-awareness, and begin to trust themselves in new ways. I aim to create a space that feels both supportive and honest, where clients can explore their experiences and move toward change at a pace that feels sustainable.
