Helping You Realign with What Matters Most
Affirming relational therapy for individuals, couples, and families of all identities.
My rate is $165 for individuals, and $180 for couples and family sessions. I accept both HSA and all major credit cards as valid forms of payment.
Feel like you just can’t communicate? Finding that you keep having the same argument over and over without resolution?
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I bring a warm, grounded, and relational approach to therapy, and am uniquely trained to look beyond individual symptoms and explore how relationships, communication patterns, and life transitions shape emotional well-being. To meet your unique life demands, I offer in-person sessions on Saturdays and Sundays, with virtual availability Monday-Friday.
I enjoy supporting individuals, couples, and families from diverse backgrounds who are feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, or stuck in painful cycles. My clients often come to me when they are navigating relationship conflict, betrayal or trust injuries, life-stage transitions, parenting stress, or emotional burnout—and want practical tools along with compassionate support.
I specialize in couples therapy and relationship repair, particularly for partners experiencing communication breakdowns, emotional distance, or the aftermath of infidelity. My approach is rooted in evidence-based, attachment-focused approaches that help partners feel safer, more understood, and more emotionally connected. I am also highly skilled at working with families and individuals struggling with boundaries, role strain, and identity shifts across the lifespan.
Clients describe me as empathetic, collaborative, and direct in a caring way. I believe therapy should feel like a place where you can be honest without judgment, learn new ways of relating, and grow at a pace that feels sustainable. I partner with my clients to create clear goals, practical strategies, and meaningful change—whether that means strengthening a marriage, rebuilding trust, or learning how to show up differently in relationships.
